Pam Frasco- President/Founder

Pam Frasco is a proud preemie mama two-times over and founder of Project Preemie. Her experience with the unexpected deliveries of 31- weeker Santino and 30-weeker Salvatore has given her a passion to connect with and give back to the Preemie & NICU Communities. Her sons have inspired her to create a community that supports parents during and after their NICU Journey, and the medical teams that care for them. Pam is a long-time March of Dimes supporter, fundraising over $50,000 for the Cleveland March for Babies walk, and an active organizational member of the Preemie Parent Alliance.

Pam has been in professional sports for 14 years with experience in marketing, events, communications and community affairs. She lives in Cleveland with her two sons, husband Nicholas and two Boston Terriers.

Heather Law is a mom to a 24-weeker micro preemie.  Heather volunteers with the March of Dimes, the Cleveland Clinic, and serves as Project Preemie’s Vice President. She brings a wealth of experience as a parent who spent over 138 days in the NICU as well as professional experience in sales, events and communications. Heather loves to connect with current and former NICU parents, to share stories and lift each other up.

Heather lives on the East Side of Cleveland with her Husband Nick, their daughter Holly, and their two dogs Buster and Waffles.

Josh Arundel has been a friend of Project Preemie since its inception. Josh brings over 8 years of experience as a financial professional where he currently serves as an Assistant Vice President in the Institutional Real Estate Group at Huntington National Bank. Josh has his MBA from Cleveland State University with an Accounting Emphasis. As the CFO/Treasurer of Project Preemie, Josh is excited to help the project continue on its mission.

Josh lives on the west side of Cleveland with his wife Tina, daughter Annie and son George.

Joe Cicero-Secretary

Joe Cicero has been involved in public service for over 40 years. Currently he is the Founder of a grass roots consulting firm, JMC Solutions, LLC, which specializes in assisting Non-Profits with building collaborations across public and private enterprises.  Joe served as the Mayor of the City of Lyndhurst from 2003 – 2016 and as a member of City Council for 18 years prior.

As a lifelong resident of Lyndhurst, Joe has been active in his hometown as well as many organizations in the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area.  He is President of the Foundation for the Community Partnership on Aging that serves the Hillcrest area senior community; he is a Board member and former Chair of the Senior Transportation Connection, he serves on the Cleveland Leadership Centers, Leadership Council, and as a member of the Cleveland Clinics Hillcrest Hospital Advisory Board and a past board member of the United Way of Cleveland.  He is also a member and former President of the Rotary Club of Hillcrest-Sunrise.

Joe has lived in Lyndhurst his entire life and has been married to Sue Matoney Cicero for 39 years and has three adult children and 3 grandsons.

Nicholas Frasco proud preemie father to Santino & Salvatore, husband to Pam,  and co-founder of Project Preemie. His experience in the NICU watching his two sons being born too soon has fueled his desire to continue to give back to the NICU community.

Nicholas has been working in leadership and sales and for over 15 years and currently works for the Cleveland Browns as the Sr. Director of Corporate Partnerships & Suite Sales. His favorite past time is spending the day with his family
