Our little fighter spent 68 days in the NICU during not one but two stays and three surgeries. 

Claire was full term but has cystic fibrosis which caused a bowel blockage at birth. 

She lost over 18 inches of intestines and had an ostomy for a period of time in the NICU. The NICU experience has changed our lives in so many ways.

I learned how strong our little girl is and how to advocate when the last thing I was feeling was strong.  Everyone’s NICU journey is different but we all can come together to support one another.
