#30DaysofHope Day 5- Sloane

Hope is seeing a firefighter and paramedic run into the bathroom while you’re bleeding out on the floor.

Hope is finally hearing your baby’s heartbeat after a long ambulance ride to the hospital.

Hope is the ability to have a c-section when you and your baby are in distress.

Hope is a team of NICU doctors and nurses waiting in the delivery room to save your premature baby.

Hope is medicine that keeps you alive when your vital signs are out of control.

Hope is a practice of doctors that come to check on you when they aren’t on call.

Hope is a group of caring NICU nurses that understand what you are going through.

Hope is making lifelong friends with nurses who took care of your baby when you weren’t able.

Hope is your friends and family praying for you without ceasing.

Hope is walking out of the NICU with your baby after only 16 days.

Hope is living a grateful life, because your baby survived. Hope is knowing that whatever the circumstance, Jesus loves you.
