30 Days of Brave | Cora
“Cora is the bravest girl I know!
She was born at 24 weeks after having non-reassuring fetal heart tones. Although she was extubated within 24 hours and stayed that way for 10 days, she was reintubated and has now developed BPD (bronchopulmonary dysplasia).
She’s been brave through a hospital transfer, PDA closure, and transferring to the BPD unit in our current hospital. She inspires her dad and I every day.
We can’t wait to take her home someday and watch her take on the world!” NICU Mama, Danielle
