We found out her kidneys didn't look right and her lungs volume was low between 29 and 32 weeks.

At 37 weeks: ""She might not be able to cry at birth"".... she cried.

At 1 day old: ""We can't guarantee she's going to make the transport"".... she made it.

At 3 weeks old: ""We don't know if she'll make it through the week""..... we just celebrated her half birthday.

Although we are still in the NICU and I'm beyond ready to go home. My little champion has fought to be here and I thank God for every day with her. I tell everyone,

Yes, the NICU is a Rollercoaster but you have to just watch it, don't get on it.

These babies are TOUGH!"
