“As the proud aunt of Jour'nee, Reghaan, and Cooper, I want to take this opportunity to share our journey through the NICU. Each of these precious children has a unique story that has shaped my life and inspired the mission of The Jour'nee Continues.

Jour'nee’s bravery during her time in the NICU was nothing short of extraordinary. Her spirit and strength have left a lasting impact on me, motivating me to honor her memory and support other families facing similar challenges. I also represent my sister's testimony, showcasing how sharing our pain can transform into a passionate drive to help others. It’s beyond beautiful to witness how love and resilience can inspire change.

Reghaan and Cooper also experienced their own journeys in the NICU, reminding us that every story matters, even when circumstances differ—like Cooper, who wasn’t premature but still needed special care. Each of their experiences reinforces the importance of community and support.

The meaning behind The Jour'nee Continues is all about resilience, hope, and connecting families who have endured the NICU experience.
